Collect Once. Use Numerous Times – The COUNT Model Streamlining client’s data collection and reporting processes, we operate using our own 'Collect Once Use Numerous Times' (COUNT) model. This highly efficient model means that we only have to input the data once from our clients and from there, we can create real time, on demand reports from the same set of data. This is particularly advantageous when co-generating NPI and NGER reports and extending to CSR Reporting aligned with ASX and other stock exchanges regulations.

IGAN – A true integrated software platform

Greenbase has developed IGAN, one of the first integrated software platforms for non-financial accounting and reporting.

A web-based system, our clients and partners have easy access. This makes it easy to compare changes for key variables with changes in emissions, substance usage against emissions and correlated emissions with each other.

Our clients also have the ability to drill down and pin-point emissions by source, quickly identifying the reasons for change. Clients can compare the changes year on year and download data and graphs for use in Sustainability Reports or other communications.

The same way a financial accountant can configure a customised chart of accounts and generate reports like a Profit and Loss or balance sheet, IGAN can achieve the same for non-financial data. Taking the example of reporting using the GRI G4 framework, IGAN will draw the data for the EN Indicators from the NPI and NGERs ledgers that have already been compiled thereby reducing workload and ensuring consistency. Some of the same data is also used for the CDP reporting Framework, ICMM and SASB amongst others. Simply decide what reporting framework to use for your report and the system will advise if there is any data still to be collected.

Procedural Management System

All GRI indicators including social, governance, safety and environmental can be managed using the document management, process management and accounting and report generator. The GIMS layer will capture indicators requiring the application of a transformation method such as environmental indicators.

The database is specifically structured to cope with non-financial data types including spatial, meteorological, continuous meter readings, water samples, geological assays, stack tests and their associated uncertainties.
